About us

Footprint is an ethical enterprise established in 2003 and legally bound by our Memorandum of Association to:

"promote ecological sustainability and social justice through personal and organisational development.''

We have offices in England and Scotland and mostly work within the UK. We do some work in mainland Europe too but don't like to fly too much, so we don't tend to wander further than a 24 hour train ride from our offices!

Mary-Jayne Rust
Mary-Jayne is a practising Jungian Analyst and art therapist in North London of nearly 30 years experience.

She has worked in a variety of different settings, including a men’s prison and the London Women’s Therapy Centre.

She has lectured to a wide range of audiences, and taught on art therapy and psychotherapy training courses. Eating problems and addiction within our consumer culture has been a major theme within her practice.

I am centrally concerned with the accountability of organisations, with a particular focus on companies. In particular I am concerned to ensure that the interests of all the stakeholders of an organisation, together with the environment, are properly taken into account and expressed in their governance. In practice this often includes facilitating workshops within organisations and with stakeholders and the formal review, management, measurement and reporting of organisational impacts.
