Camelot 

Camelot is the operator of the UK National Lottery.

Problem

Camelot has to apply for its license every 5 years. They wanted to ensure that they were competitive on ethical grounds as well as financial ones.

Project

For the first license application, Adrian Henriques supported Camelot develop an initial understanding of its corporate responsibility and put in place a systematic approach to the treatment of its stakeholders together with a reporting and auditing programme. For the second license application, Adrian ran a workshop to identify key long term trends in social and environmental issues.

Camelot has won both of its bids for the license.
